Position Statements
From time to time AWMS will issue a statement representing the society's views on certain topical issues related to wildlife management. Prior to issuing a position statement the membership will have been asked for input into its drafting, with members invited to make comment to the position statement co-ordinator.
Current position statements are listed below :
- Sustainable Commercial Use of Wildlife
- The Development and Use of Genetically Modified Organisms
- Use of Wildlife by Indigenous People
